“Music can heal the wounds that medicine cannot touch”
Melodies 4 Medicine empowers lives through the healing power of music. We support cognitive and emotional well-being and foster meaningful connections across generations, with a focus on underserved communities affected by neurodevelopmental or neurological conditions, as well as seniors experiencing mental health challenges. Our three core programs include Little Miracles, supporting NICU infants and families; Brilliant Miracles, serving children and families affected by autism and ADHD; and Golden Miracles, promoting connection and well-being among seniors. Our youth volunteers lead community service, performances, educational outreach, and fundraising to make music more accessible and meaningful for those who need it most, locally and around the world.
IN THE PAST TWO YEARS …
Writing Competition, June-September 2026
This summer writing event is a creative opportunity for young writers to express their ideas through poetry or short prose. Inspired by themes such as music, healing, creativity, the brain, and human emotion, the event encourages students to share their voices, imagination, and compassion through writing. It celebrates storytelling while recognizing and uplifting young talent.
Music Lounge is an online music appreciation program that brings participants together to listen to, learn about, and discuss music in an engaging virtual setting. Through live sessions led by volunteers and musicians, the program makes music education and appreciation accessible to participants from different communities.

Music Through History is an educational program that explores how music has developed across different cultures, historical periods, and communities. Through guided lessons and listening activities, participants discover the people, traditions, and events that have shaped music over time.

Holiday Fundraising Initiatives
Melodies 4 Ever is a family-friendly charity concert presented by Melodies 4 Medicine in collaboration with SPARK, the Simons Foundation Powering Autism Research for Knowledge. Through live music, interactive activities, and community engagement, the event celebrates children with ADHD and autism while raising funds for the Cincinnati Children’s Center for ADHD and the Kelly O’Leary Center for Autism.
